Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 organizations
- Published peer-reviewed research on emerging tech societal impacts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling platforms
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT) and Scenario Planning (Shell)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic foresight implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
