Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D organizations
- Present future-vision narratives to investors and board members
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and adjust strategic priorities in real-time
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with global foresight networks (e.g., WFS, APF)
