You'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype future scenarios and build actionable frameworks for our organization's 2026-2030 strategic horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive trend intelligence reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish quantitative models for forecasting market evolution and disruption vectors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futurism
- Experience leading global research initiatives across diverse sectors
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
