- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-machine symbiosis
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development
- Collaborate with academic institutions on cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech or R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Proven ability to translate visionary concepts into executable roadmaps
- Experience with agile development in regulated tech environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
