Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to designated routes according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during mail interactions and route inquiries
- Manage and maintain assigned equipment (vehicles, scanners, satchels)
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and safety protocols
- Report mail irregularities and suspicious activities
- Assist with mail processing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
