Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes efficiently and accurately
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail and process customer transactions at mailboxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues promptly
- Provide courteous customer assistance and resolve delivery concerns
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure safe operating conditions
- Adhere to USPS security protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 70 lbs) and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
