Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential/commercial addresses
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels along designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain route efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
- Adapt to seasonal volume changes and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for package tracking systems
