Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, and deliver mail and packages to designated addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Collect mail from residential and commercial mailboxes
- Operate scanning equipment to track deliveries and exceptions
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
- Assist with special deliveries and holiday mail rushes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
