Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate mail vehicles safely while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection boxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Perform routine maintenance on mail vehicles and equipment
- Assist in mail processing facilities during peak seasons
- Ensure compliance with USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
