Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail/packages with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate delivery vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Maintain precise delivery records and scanning documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential/commercial deliveries
- Adhere to USPS regulations and safety protocols
- Perform route optimization and territory mapping
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with sorting center staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and route apps
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
