Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal program analysis or management
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and performance measurement frameworks
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience with GSA schedules and federal acquisition regulations
- Knowledge of homeland security priorities and agency missions
