Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of city parks, streets, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery including mowers, trucks, and snow removal equipment
- Respond to emergency weather conditions (snow, ice, storm damage)
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain equipment records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with municipal safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with hand/power tools and equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
