Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on public facilities, parks, and roadways
- Operate heavy equipment (snow plows, graders, trucks) safely and efficiently
- Respond to emergency weather conditions and natural disasters
- Conduct facility inspections and document maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to community members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, maintenance, or related field
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
