Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain city equipment (snow plows, street sweepers, etc.)
- Perform park and facility upkeep (landscaping, repairs, cleaning)
- Respond to public service requests and emergencies
- Adhere to OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports
- Support community events and public initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (Class R)
- 1+ years in maintenance/public service roles
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic equipment operation experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
