Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or facility maintenance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
