Responsibilities
- Perform street sweeping, park maintenance, and public space upkeep
- Operate light equipment (sweepers, trimmers, hand tools) safely
- Assist with storm drain cleaning and debris removal
- Report infrastructure hazards and maintenance needs
- Support emergency response during weather events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
- Maintain accurate work logs and equipment records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to multiple city sites
