Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve incoming inquiries regarding transportation services and state regulations during evening hours.
- Assist citizens with document processing, license applications, and general information requests.
- Enter and verify data into state databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or government administration preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Portland office.
