Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data into various municipal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and index incoming documents, ensuring proper categorization for retrieval.
- Assist in the scanning and digitization of historical records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive citizen information.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Operate office equipment, including scanners and printers, during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during the night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM).
