Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated sorting machinery during night operations.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing cargo for accuracy and security compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal safety protocols and security regulations.
- Document inventory and shipment data in federal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal background investigation (Secret Clearance preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or mail handling.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with barcode scanning software.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
