Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee and coordinate all logistics activities during the night shift to ensure 100% on-time delivery of federal supplies.
- Security Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols and access controls for classified and sensitive materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct nightly audits and inventory checks to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log shift activities, maintenance requests, and incident reports into the federal database.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts, conveyors, and security hardware.
- Crisis Response: Respond immediately to alarms or system failures during the night shift to prevent operational downtime.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or federal contract operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate industrial environments safely.
