Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee federal operations systems and data feeds during the night shift to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Perform routine data entry, verification, and reporting for federal documentation and records management.
- Respond to urgent operational alerts and coordinate with on-call support teams for resolution.
- Enforce strict federal compliance protocols and security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct nightly facility inspections and security audits to maintain a safe operational environment.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night shift workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or data administration.
- Basic knowledge of federal regulations, compliance standards, and security clearance processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
