Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming federal communications and ticketing systems during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and document management for classified and sensitive government records.
- Conduct routine system checks and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in preparing daily reports and status updates for federal oversight committees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects and critical information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the Federal, State, or Local government sector.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Familiarity with government compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
