Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal communication systems during overnight shifts to ensure data integrity.
- Process sensitive documents and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with federal regulations.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with support teams during off-hours.
- Perform regular system checks and log maintenance activities.
- Assist in the verification of personnel access and security clearance levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize nightly operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Background: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain necessary clearances.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
