Responsibilities
- Conduct initial triage and patient intake screenings during the night shift hours.
- Verify veteran eligibility and accurately input data into the Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate urgent care referrals and schedule follow-up appointments for overnight cases.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding emergency services and after-hours support.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and federal security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen for Federal employment consideration.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM β 6:00 AM) as required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
