Responsibilities
- Monitor municipal compliance with federal/state regulations during overnight operations
- Conduct security patrols of city facilities and infrastructure
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with first responders
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports for city leadership
- Maintain digital surveillance systems and access control protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years security/compliance experience
- Familiarity with government regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and surveillance software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
