Responsibilities
- Monitor and document overnight municipal compliance across 15+ regulatory frameworks
- Conduct unannounced inspections of city facilities and contractor operations
- Generate comprehensive compliance reports with photographic evidence
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during off-hours incidents
- Maintain secure digital compliance databases with 100% audit accuracy
- Train night-shift staff on regulatory updates via virtual sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 3+ years government compliance or regulatory enforcement experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., GovComply, RegTrack)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
