Responsibilities
- Monitor and document overnight compliance of municipal operations across 12 city departments
- Conduct unannounced facility inspections and audit security protocols
- Generate real-time incident reports and coordinate emergency response
- Manage digital evidence chains for legal proceedings
- Train night shift staff on updated municipal regulations
- Collaborate with state agencies during cross-jurisdictional investigations
- Maintain confidential records with 100% audit accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years government compliance or law enforcement experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Advanced certification in regulatory compliance (e.g., CCEP)
- Proficiency with RMS (Records Management Systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
