Responsibilities
- Monitor and document compliance of government operations with federal/state regulations during night shift hours
- Conduct comprehensive audits of agency facilities and digital systems for security protocol adherence
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Generate detailed compliance reports for regulatory agencies and department heads
- Implement corrective action plans for identified regulatory violations
- Maintain confidential records with HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
- Train night shift staff on updated regulatory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of government compliance or regulatory experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting software (e.g., Compliância, GovTrack)
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance within 90 days
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
