Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emergency calls during overnight hours (10 PM - 10 AM)
- Conduct regular patrols of designated city zones using marked vehicles
- Document incidents and maintain detailed digital records in compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch and emergency response teams during critical situations
- Enforce city ordinances and provide community support during off-peak hours
- Participate in quarterly training for emergency response and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, or public service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
