Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Operations: Monitor and manage critical government systems and facilities during night shifts to ensure continuous service delivery and public safety.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to leadership to inform decision-making and policy adjustments.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce city regulations and safety protocols strictly, ensuring all night operations adhere to local and federal standards.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during off-hours with minimal supervision.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transitions and handovers of ongoing projects.
- Emergency Support: Provide on-call support during critical events and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, logistics, or a related technical field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of government database systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Background: Must pass a standard government background check and drug screening.
