Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations during the night shift to ensure 24/7 service delivery.
- Monitor security systems and surveillance feeds to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Process incoming applications and data entries with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct shift handovers with day staff to ensure continuity of operations.
- Respond to night-time queries via telephone and email, escalating critical issues immediately.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on office equipment and report faults.
- Adhere to strict government protocols and data protection regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a British Citizen or have permanent right to reside in the UK.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a permanent night shift schedule.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain SC (Secret) Security Clearance.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal government systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
