Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Night Shift Government Operations Specialist to oversee administrative and security functions. This role is essential for ensuring that federal and state records are processed accurately and facilities remain secure during the night cycle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage government data entry systems and digital archives.
- Conduct nightly security audits and facility walkthroughs.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations during off-peak hours.
- Respond to emergency alerts and dispatch emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate, real-time logs of night-shift activities and incidents.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless information transfer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite and government databases.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
