Responsibilities
- Monitor and control facility access and security systems during night shifts.
- Process sensitive government documents and perform high-accuracy data entry.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with on-call personnel.
- Conduct routine inspections of government assets and facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming inquiries via phone or digital channels.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach programs during evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a government, law enforcement, or public safety environment is preferred.
- Must be eligible to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a US Citizen.
