Responsibilities
- Monitor city infrastructure systems (water, power, transport) during overnight hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for after-hours incidents
- Process critical permits and documentation for next-day operations
- Provide frontline citizen support via dedicated night-shift hotlines
- Conduct facility security rounds and compliance checks
- Generate daily operational reports for morning leadership briefings
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies for cross-jurisdictional initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in public administration or government operations
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification preferred
- Proficient in GIS mapping and SCADA systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
- Pass background check and security clearance
