Responsibilities
- Execute nightly data processing and document verification for federal agencies in Virginia and Arizona.
- Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries during off-hours to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Perform quality assurance checks on government records to ensure 100% compliance.
- Collaborate with remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues affecting night shift operations.
- Adhere strictly to government security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
- Generate daily shift reports and maintain accurate logs of all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) with high reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in government, defense, or public administration sectors is a plus.
