Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams and operational systems for government agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and the public during off-hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Document daily activities, generate performance reports, and maintain accurate logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace, following all safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in government, logistics, customer service, or data operations is highly desirable.
