Responsibilities
- Digitize, index, and archive high-volume government records and legal filings with extreme accuracy.
- Verify the authenticity of incoming documents and update the central database in real-time.
- Manage secure access to sensitive public information during off-hours operations.
- Assist in the retrieval and organization of historical data for government audits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal and state compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with data entry, records management software, or previous government experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status required for government clearance.
