Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic proficiency in emergency response protocols
- Physical stamina for extended overnight shifts and outdoor work
- Experience in security, facility management, or public service preferred
- Ability to obtain required government security clearance
