Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical government infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with first responders during off-peak hours
- Conduct facility security checks and report maintenance issues to appropriate departments
- Process time-sensitive documents and ensure regulatory compliance for overnight operations
- Provide direct citizen support via dedicated night shift hotlines and digital platforms
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of operational information
- Implement disaster preparedness protocols during overnight vulnerability periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement of night shift government service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid Arizona driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of government/public sector experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Certification in emergency management or public administration preferred
