Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure government databases and communication channels during assigned night shifts.
- Process and verify high-volume data entry tasks with 99.9% accuracy.
- Respond to inquiries from agency personnel and the public via secure channels.

- Perform shift handovers with day staff to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-related software (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
