Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to government staff via phone, email, and in-person during night shifts.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
  • Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and security access provisioning.
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira) for compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
