Responsibilities
- Incident Response: Monitor system logs and resolve technical incidents escalated from the help desk during the night shift.
- System Maintenance: Perform scheduled server backups, patch management, and routine hardware maintenance to ensure system uptime.
- Security Compliance: Enforce physical and cybersecurity protocols, including access control and surveillance monitoring.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Clearance: Must currently hold or be eligible for a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
