Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to state employees via phone, email, and remote desktop during the evening and night shift.

Qualifications

  • Education: An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR a combination of education and relevant experience totaling 48 semester units.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
  • Night Shift Requirement: Must be available to work the designated night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP).
