We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Night Shift Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our elite technical team in London. Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic, servers, and applications 24/7 to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Execute routine health checks and system patches during off-peak hours.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and service outages with minimal downtime.
- Log and manage all incidents and tickets in the Service Management tool (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Communicate effectively with the Day Shift team and external stakeholders during handovers.
- Contribute to the improvement of NOC processes and incident response playbooks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, NOC, or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and common network protocols.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and monitoring software.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain high alertness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
