Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain state facility systems and infrastructure during the night shift.
- Process incoming data and ensure the accuracy of public records and government logs.
- Respond to emergency alerts and dispatch appropriate support teams immediately.
- Conduct routine security patrols and facility inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed operational reports and submit them to the day shift supervisor.
- Assist the public via phone and digital channels during night operations when required.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
- Previous experience in a government, public sector, or 24/7 operations environment is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
