Responsibilities

- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and shift handovers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, security, or facility management.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
