Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure city facilities during overnight hours using advanced surveillance systems
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with rapid tactical coordination
- Conduct regular patrols of critical infrastructure and high-risk zones
- Document security incidents with precise digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies during cross-jurisdictional operations
- Implement emergency response protocols for natural disasters and civil disturbances
- Maintain strict compliance with NC state security regulations
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Security Officer License or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement or security operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret government clearance
- Proficient in C-CURE security management software
- Emergency First Aid and CPR certification required
- Exceptional situational judgment under pressure
- Pass comprehensive background check and polygraph examination
- Must possess valid NC driver's license with clean record
