Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols across designated Tampa neighborhoods and critical infrastructure
- Respond to emergency calls, incidents, and public safety threats during nighttime hours
- Monitor surveillance systems and document security breaches or suspicious activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams during night operations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Enforce city ordinances and safety regulations during overnight shifts
- Conduct safety inspections of public facilities during nighttime hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, or related field
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and crisis response capabilities
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Certification in first aid/CPR and emergency response procedures
- Ability to operate surveillance systems and communication equipment
