Responsibilities
- Process and index incoming government documents with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for public records.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the transition of records between day and night shift operations.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Operate standard office equipment, scanners, and computer software efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Records Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with government compliance standards and privacy laws.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
