Responsibilities
- Process, index, and file incoming government correspondence and documents with high precision and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with state regulations.
- Verify the authenticity of documents and ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive public records.
- Assist the night shift supervisor with administrative tasks, data entry, and operational reporting.
- Monitor access logs and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors during evening hours.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of records and information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, legal, or high-security environment is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic database management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
